You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain. If you have mobility concerns or questions about the planned activities, contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the retreat is a good fit.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to attend on your own or with someone you know. Shared meals, group activities, and time together provide opportunities to get to know the other guests.

Visit the booking page, select your room, and choose your payment option. You can reserve with a $549 deposit or pay in full. Prices are listed per person for the full retreat.
Yes. Installment plans are available at checkout. Review the payment amounts and schedule for your selected room before completing your reservation.
All sales are final. The $549 deposit is non-refundable, and all additional payments are non-refundable once paid. We encourage guests to consider travel insurance and review the policy’s cancellation coverage carefully.

You can fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport or Flagstaff Pulliam Airport. You’ll need to arrange transportation from the airport to the retreat home in Sedona. We’ll share detailed arrival instructions after booking.
No. Flights and transportation to and from the retreat are not included. You’ll need to arrange your own transportation, such as a rental car or shuttle service. On-site parking is available.
The retreat home offers a king room with an ensuite bathroom, a king room with a shared bathroom, upper twin and lower double bunk options in a shared bunk room, and a twin room with a shared bathroom. Visit the Sedona page for room details and prices.
